About Me.
I began Elite Tutoring Perth during university in 2012. When I taught my very first Chemistry student, a neurodivergent Year 11 student, I had to travel over 40 minutes each way with my dad to deliver the weekly lessons. When the student's mother later said, “No one has ever been able to teach her the way you have,” it confirmed what would become my lifelong commitment to education.

In 2016, after graduating as a chemical engineer, I entered the engineering industry and worked internationally, gaining real-world technical experience. Yet the passion for teaching never left. In 2023, after working in the mines and having my first child, I decided to return back to my passion of tutoring full-time, now equipped with both professional engineering expertise and over a decade of teaching experience.
Today, Elite Tutoring Perth focuses exclusively on Year 11 and 12 ATAR students, delivering structured, results-driven tutoring for those aiming for competitive university pathways.

Professional Engineering Leadership
Our founder held senior engineering and operations roles across Australia and internationally, including managing geophysics operations in mining and energy environments. These roles involved leading teams, overseeing complex projects, and working in high-responsibility settings where accuracy, planning and safety were essential.
2014 – 2023
Advanced Technical & Analytical Expertise
Our founder worked extensively in engineering and geophysics roles involving data analysis, technical systems and problem solving. This included interpreting complex data, running field trials, and working with advanced industry technology in real-world environments.

Over 10 Years of ATAR Teaching Experience
Alongside his engineering career, our founder has been tutoring Year 11 and 12 ATAR students for over ten years across Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. This long-term experience has shaped a clear, practical teaching style designed specifically for the ATAR curriculum.
